We use the highest quality organic plant-based ingredients and support local farmers and small green-sustainable businesses. The food is then prepared fresh and handmade to order in our mobile eco-kitchen by award winning gourmet Chef Mark Shadle & Ami Beach.

We are passionate about serving foods that we ourselves love to eat and feel good about eating. Our menu combines a variety of gourmet vegetarian culinary delights and Live & Raw dishes. We are determined to change what people think about vegan food and to create unusual, tantalizing dishes that will never be boring to the taste buds.

Our innovative food truck serves purely vegan food and plant-based food. We also have many gluten free options and can make items gluten free by request. We feel confidant that even the most avid non-vegetarian will be hooked on our tasty food and will not be disappointed.
